CAD Drawing - Terms & Conditions
1. Quality of service: All work will be carried out promptly and to agreed time scales
whenever possible, and will to the best of my ability be accurate and to the relevant
building standard (where appropriate). However I will not be liable for any expenses
incurred as a result of inaccuracies, delays in completion or poor design.
2. Drawing Revisions: Upto 30mins will be allowed free of charge for corrections and
revisions. All time after this will be charged at the standard rate.
3. Presentation: Drawings will be provided in an agreed format. An electronic copy
(in AutoCad format) will also be supplied free of charge upon completion if requested.
I take no responsibility for maintaining a copy of work done after this time. Copyright
for all work will transfer from Malcolm Cattermole to the client on acceptance of
payment by the bank, although I reserve the right to use any drawing as an example of
works undertaken.
4. Payment: The agreed rate and traveling costs are dependant on the scope
of work.
For private clients payment by guaranteed cheque will be due on acceptance of drawings.
For commercial clients an appropriate payment schedule will be agreed.
